By signing up for the Loaded Brush waitlist, creating an account, or interacting with our pre-launch services, you agree to the following terms and acknowledge our data practices.

Part 1: Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service

Loaded Brush is a digital platform designed for hobbyists to access 4K video tutorials, manage color palettes, and discover community inspiration. These terms govern your access to the "Waitlist," "Early Access," and the eventual "Full Launch" of the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Creator Content: All video tutorials and proprietary techniques remain the intellectual property of the respective Creators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view this content. Capturing, ripping, or distributing video content is strictly prohibited.

User Content: By uploading photos of your miniatures or sharing palettes, you grant Loaded Brush a non-exclusive license to display this content to the community within the app's Discovery features.

3. Waitlist & Referrals

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access.

Manipulation of the referral system via bots or fraudulent emails will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the Platform.

4. Liability & Conduct

Loaded Brush is provided "as is." We are not liable for technical interruptions or the results of hobby techniques practiced by users. Users must maintain a respectful environment; harassment or "gatekeeping" within community features will result in account termination.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We keep data collection minimal and purpose-driven:

Identity Data: Your email address (collected at signup).

Technical Data: Your IP address and device type (to optimize video delivery).

Engagement Data: Which creators you follow and which palettes you save, used to personalize your "Discovery" feed.

2. Our Infrastructure Partners

To provide a high-performance 4K experience, we share necessary data with these industry-standard processors:

Supabase: Our database provider. They store your encrypted profile and palette data.

Bunny.net: Our media delivery network. They process your IP address to serve video and images from the server closest to your physical location.

Stripe: Our payment processor. Loaded Brush never stores your credit card details on our own servers.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use "Essential Cookies" to keep you logged in and "Performance Cookies" to understand how you interact with our waitlist. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA/UK DPA)

Regardless of where you live, Loaded Brush offers you the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the data we have on you.

Erasure: Request that we delete your account and all associated data ("The Right to be Forgotten").

Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in our footer.
